Refund & Return Policy

Because all of our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed correctly. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue at hello@lbkprintingco.com. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error on your order (wrong fabric, wrong design), contact us within 7 days and we will reprint and reship at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. We are not responsible for minor color differences between your monitor display and the printed fabric.
