Polyester bases are printed using dye sublimation — the design is dyed directly into the fabric for a smooth finish with no added texture.
Natural fiber bases use an eco-friendly pigment printing method with organic, certified inks. This process delivers vibrant, detailed designs while saving dozens of gallons of water per yard compared to traditional methods.
Because natural fiber bases are not dyed, heavy ink coverage may affect handfeel. For dark or highly saturated designs, we strongly recommend a polyester base.

Double Brushed Polyester (DBP)
Best for: leggings, dresses, tops, headbands, and soft everyday apparel. Brushed on both sides with comfortable four-way stretch.
Bullet
Best for: bows, headwraps, structured tops, skirts, and accessories. A textured knit with good body and stretch.
Rib 4×2
Best for: fitted tops, dresses, cuffs, neckbands, and lounge sets. A lightweight rib knit with soft stretch and recovery.
Swim / Athletic 50+ SPF
Best for: swimsuits, rash guards, dancewear, leggings, and athletic sets. Smooth, supportive, quick-drying, and made for active use.
Printed using eco-friendly pigment inks. Best for light to mid-tone designs. Not recommended for dark or full-coverage backgrounds.
Organic Cotton Spandex USA
Best for: children’s clothing, tees, pajamas, dresses, and everyday knitwear. Soft, breathable, substantial, and comfortably stretchy.
Bamboo Cotton Spandex USA
Best for: premium tees, pajamas, baby wear, dresses, and soft lounge pieces. Silky, breathable, and comfortably structured.
Modal Spandex USA
Best Used For: Premium t-shirts, loungewear, sleepwear, casual dresses, baby clothing, and luxury basics.
Feel: Exceptionally soft with beautiful drape, breathable, and stretchy.
Organic Cotton Spandex French Terry USA
Best Used For: Sweatshirts, joggers, hoodies, shorts, dresses, rompers, and lightweight outerwear.
Feel: Soft loops on the inside with a smooth face, offering comfort without excessive bulk.
2×1 Rib Organic Cotton Spandex USA
Best Used For: Neckbands, cuffs, waistbands, fitted garments, baby apparel, and matching rib trim.
Feel: Excellent stretch and recovery with a soft, comfortable hand.
Natural Organic Cotton Fleece USA
Best Used For: Sweatshirts, hoodies, blankets, jackets, cozy apparel, and children’s clothing.
Feel: Plush, warm, breathable, and incredibly soft.
Poplin USA
Best for: button-down shirts, dresses, lightweight home décor, bags, and woven apparel. Smooth, crisp, and easy to sew.
Quilting Cotton
Best for: quilts, patchwork, crafts, masks, bags, and structured woven projects. A classic, stable cotton that presses and sews easily.
Canvas USA
Best for: totes, pillows, aprons, upholstery accents, and sturdy home décor. Heavier and more durable for projects that need structure.
Care Instructions
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle using a phosphate-free detergent
- Hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting
- No bleach. No fabric softener. (Especially important for bamboo bases)
- For finished products, turn inside out before washing
